At Inzozi Beans, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

  • We currently ship within Canada

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

☕ Freshness Promise

  • Our coffee is shipped in sealed, freshness-preserving bags

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes

🔄 Returns & Damaged Orders

  • Due to the nature of coffee, we do not accept returns

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@inzozibeans.ca

  • Include your order number and photos so we can make it right

📬 Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping is not available at this time (we’ll announce it when it is!)
